Vanessa has a long history of working in the real estate industry, since 1987. Her knowledge of understanding the buying and selling process began while working in New Home sales in Toronto and the surrounding areas which then led her to working for top brokerages in Ontario and British Columbia.

Her drive to gain more formal marketing training led her to managing and leading marketing campaigns for top tier companies in the food, entertainment, retail & telecommunications industry for close to 20 years.

But her passion and love of the home buying/selling process brought her back to real estate. After moving to Oakville in 2010 with her family, she joined The Invidiata Team – the #1 Sales Team* for the past 16 years.

A natural at ensuring people’s needs are met, Vanessa brings unique knowledge and sales strategies from her years in marketing to The Invidiata Team. Her relatable approach to understanding your real estate needs stems from her experience as a Buyer, Seller, Investor, Team Member and most importantly as an Individual who listens to her clients and truly wants to exceed their expectations in navigating their way through any real estate transaction.
