Along with free swimming and skating at participating pools and arenas, families can get their picture taken on a Zamboni at River Oaks and Glen Abbey community centres and Joshua Creek Arenas. Watch the Burlington Cougars take on the Oakville Blades at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex. Little ones will love Storytime at select Oakville Library branches.

There are plenty of Family Day activities happening at Bronte Creek Provincial Park. Visit your favourite farm animals and enjoy special activities and demonstrations around the Children's Farm, Playbarn and Nature Centre.

Bring the family to the Art Gallery of Burlington's FREE drop-in art studio in their Kids' Creative Hub. Or bundle up and take the family skating at Rotary Centennial Pond in Spencer Smith Park. Their skate rental is open 10am-10pm on weekends and holidays - what's better than skating next to the lake!
